  1. Share 5 owner contacts. Submit the names and mobile numbers of 5 genuine property owners or authorized landlords who have rental properties in Kochi.
  2. Owner verification. Our team will call each owner to verify their details. A contact is verified only if the owner answers the call and confirms that they currently have a property available for rent in Kochi.
  3. How to earn ₹250. All 5 submitted owner contacts must be successfully verified for the participant to qualify for the ₹250 reward.
  4. First 20 winners only. Only the first 20 participants to have all 5 owner contacts successfully verified will receive ₹250. Winners are selected based on the date and time their fifth contact is verified, not when they submit the form.
  5. No duplicate contacts. Duplicate numbers, invalid numbers, previously submitted contacts, and contacts already registered with Easy Broker will not qualify.
  6. One reward per person. Each person can participate only once and receive a maximum of ₹250 during the campaign.
  7. Accurate information. All submitted information must be genuine and accurate. Easy Broker reserves the right to reject false, fraudulent, or misleading submissions.
  8. Reward payment. Eligible winners will receive ₹250 through UPI or bank transfer after successful verification. Winners may be required to provide valid payment details.
  9. Reward availability. Submitting the form does not guarantee a reward. Once all 20 rewards have been allocated, no additional rewards will be issued, even if other participants' contacts are verified later.
